HIS TUG AND [REDACTED] WERE PUSHED FORWARD. HE PULLED FORWARD TO AVOID BLOCKING TRAFFIC AND THE VEHICLE THAT STRUCK HIM WAS NO LONGER BEHIND HIM. THEY DID A HIT AND RUN.
