APPROCHING A DOOR THEY HAD TWO BOXES STACKED ON A 2 WHEEL DOLLY. THE DOOR CLOSED BEFORE THEY COULD ENTER AND THEY APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE DOLLY TO MAINTAIN THE ANGLE AND THE PACKAGES ON THE DOLLY. THIS RESULTED IN A STING IN THE SHOULDER WHICH BECAME WORSE LATER IN THE AFTERNOON.
