Transferring an ammo can out of her vehicle

Associate was unloading a heavy ammo can from the drawer style rack system in her company vehicle. It was cold and she was wearing bulky fleece gloves. She reports that she was not able to get her fingers fully through the front lifting bar of the ammo can and while lifting her hand slipped off of the bar. Her hand rebounded and struck against the ammo can.
