The Team Member was operating a roll former finished making product and began rewinding coil for restock. As they were rewinding the coil the end became jammed in the feeder-arm the safety switch failed which caused the feeder-arm to over travel pushing the Team Member into the uncoiler that was spinning where they received a laceration to the nose and upper lip area before falling to floor.
