What happened

During an interview with a patient at the workstation on wheels WOW accompanied by the patient s nurse the patient became agitated upon learning he would not be discharged He threw a plastic water container at the wall causing water to spill and then attempted to rip the WOW screen from its base seemingly with intent to use it as a weapon The colleague intervened by grabbing the patient from behind to restrain him and during the struggle both the colleague and the patient fell to the floor in the water Additional staff arrived to assist and secured the patient in a restraint chair [REDACTED] the colleague experienced mild lower back pain which worsened by the morning of [REDACTED] prompting them to notify their supervisor and seek medical evaluation
