Before the incident
Employee was walking in the catwalk in one of our Theatre spaces. He left a meter while checking a module for the fire system then had to go back and get it. He stepped off a raised walkway to go back and took a fall about 12 inches down onto concrete resulting in an injured knee and cut lip.
