Finished door was in a bullrack and transported to outbound area in anticipation of loading to a trailer.

TM was attempting to remove the door from the bullrack to load it onto the outbound trailer. As [REDACTED] lifted the leading end of the door another TM was pushing from the trailing end of the door. The two did not coordinate their actions and when the 2nd TM pushed [REDACTED] 's hand was between the door handle and the side of the bullrack where it got crushed between the twO
