[REDACTED] was attempting to get two reels with different sized flanges unstuck; [REDACTED] obtained a chain from maintenance and pulled the reel with a forklift after it was chained.

[REDACTED] was successful in unsticking the reels after in which he was attempting to move one of them tripped and fell and while falling grabbed the reel pulling it toward him. While on the ground the reel slightly ran into him until he lifted his leg and stopped it with his foot.
