What happened
EE was cleaning under the slicer machine and the slicer fellon her arm. The slicer was supposed to be up on a platform to be stable so EE could wipe underneath it but it was not stable enough so it dropped down onto EE right forearm. Important to note the blade of the slicer did not cut the EE the machine itself landed on the arm.
