What happened

EE stated that he has been experiencing abdominal pain akin to a muscle pull and that it started on [REDACTED]. EE cannot remember any one particular incident where he first may have hurt himself. SPC asked EE if he was sure it was a result of duties performed here while working and not something that occured outside of work. EE said no. EE was asked if he had been pulling or pushing manual pallet jacks loaded with heavy pallets and EE said no that he had only been stocking product weighing up to 50 lbs and that is what he thinks caused any muscle discomfort.
