Before the incident
The employee was pushing a pipe in a manhole when he became hot and dizzy.
What happened
Although the employee was taking breaks and drinking water he still got dehydrated. Employee was checked out by the EMT’s and they said he was dehydrated and advised he stay in an air conditioned space with water for the remainder of the work day. He stayed in the truck and re-hydrated until we left the job site.
