WHILE WALKING HER SHOES HAD BECOME CAUGHT ON THE LEDGE OF THE SIDEWALK CAUSING HER TO FALL FORWARD ONTO HER STOMACH WHILE HE WHILE HER RIGHT FOOT HAD ROLLED BENEATH HER. THE CLAIMANT SUSTAINED A RIGHT FIFTH METATARSAL BASE FRACTURE OF THE RIGHT FOOT AND WAS TAKEN TO RECEIVE MEDICAL ATTENTION.
