Opening container with formalin and vapors breathed in; became symptomatic

She was opening a pathology transfer bucket to remove the slide holder and get it put to storage however the pathology bucket had a lot of formalin that had spilled from sending the speicmen to [REDACTED]. The formalin had been sitting in the bucket overnight had concentrated. When she opened the bucket she breathed in all of the fumes.
