Having annual hearing evaluation performed.
What happened
Annual hearing evaluation showed that employee had an OSHA recordable hearing loss shift in right ear. Employee then had family emergency that he needed to attend to and needed to leave work for an extended period of time. We were unable to get his hearing retested to confirm the hearing loss shift. Due to this we are reporting it on the OSHA logs.
