What happened
[REDACTED] was walking between the conveyor and the TCAR and lost footing while crossing the car guide rail. [REDACTED] fell and attempted to steady themselves by grabbing a nearby pallet stand. During the fall the right ring finger was caught bent sideways resulting in an apparent deformity at the PIP joint. [REDACTED] attempted to straighten the finger using their other hand.
