Seat belted in her jump seat for landing

EE said it was a nice evening clear and the approach was smooth. As usual there were some tiny bumps passing over the mountains she said but prior landing it was smooth. Just as the plane touched down it made a hard impact and then bounced back up. Her head snapped forward (in the aft direction) and then back again but hit the head rest of the jump seat hard. Then her head jerked left then right and left and right again. She felt immediate pain in her neck and lower spinal area. She also start to have a migraine. Her pain and soreness lasted for several days along with an intense headache. She did seek medical attention.
