Before the incident
preparing the cabin for departure. She went through the cabin to close overhead bins.
What happened
Only passengers witnessed the event. EE notified her crew members after the fact. She was the only FA in the cabin at the time she sustained the injury. She was ensuring compliance before closing the main cabin door and an oversize bag prevented her from being able to close an overhead bin. The bag got jammed in the bin and she had to finagle it out. In doing so she injured herself.
