When EE helped therapist boost resident up in chair on the count of three by grabbing onto resident 's pants and pulling resident up EE starting to notice wrist pain. Wrist pain seemed mild at first so EE continued with shift. Wrist pain gradually became worse over the [REDACTED] until simple tasks became painful to do.
