What happened
Associate was walking from the stocking area on [REDACTED]. He forgot about the step down in the middle and fell. He tried to catch himself with his left arm. He hurt his left forearm (slight bruising) left knee and hit his head. Seen by a first responder. He was administered Ibuprofen ice pack for his forearm and head and cleaned up a scratch on his forearm.
