PSO notified this RN that patient was jumping in room This RN notified assigned nurse and went to assess Patient was jumping onto the bed attempting to run into wall and throwing self on the floor Once patient was on the bed this writer and PSO performed a physical hold for patient safety During hold patient was pushing back and in this process this RN left shoulder got twisted and hurt
