Team Member climbed on top of a barrel on the bottom rack of the cooler storage racks. They attempted to unjam a pallet on the storage rack by hand.

When the rack was un-jammed by hand the pallet rolled over his thumb becoming stuck. Other team members helped free his thumb blood was seen on his glove.
