What happened
Employee noticed a spot that looked like a spider or insect bite on the back of the right leg yesterday. Didn 't think much of it. put hydrocortisone cream on it. Woke up [REDACTED] with a red hot swollen area. As the day progressed the area has gotten larger and continued to itch. Applied ice. Has not taken any allergy medication and we have none available. We gave employee sting relief swab and marked the outer boarders with pen. During break ice will be applied. Will check to see if area increases. if it does employee will go seek medical attention. No current signs of breathing issues or swollen area other than leg that sustained the bite-sting.
