Preventing a patient from falling and defecating on me.
What happened
Responded to bed alarm and saw patient pushing bedside table. Patient started saying she was going to fall so I grabbed a hold of the patient so she would not fall. Because the patient is confused she started resisting me she started pulling away from me and defecating as an escape response. I lifted the patient back into her bed.
