While checking visitors purse I moved the lady 's wallet out of the way to see the bottom of the purse it was at that time I felt a stick to my left middle finger. I moved the wallet out of the way and noticed a black bag (looking like a Diabetes testing bag) I placed the wallet and small black bag back into the purse and let the ED visitor go on her way.
