EE says that while operating the cucumber slicer the conveyor belt started to malfunction by falling out of place. EE says that this issue has been persistent at this moment I have no certain timetable of when the issue became to be recently but that the team fixes the belt themselves by pulling on it while it runs. The EE attempted to do the same fix but got her thumb caught in between the belt and the rotating cylinder.
