EE states System 8 was down and in bypass when I put it in bypass the valve opened when I connected the air the system it overflowed from the top of the container directly on to my face eyes and left side of my body I was completely The chemical is hydropurge 36611 When it initially I could not see anything out my left eye for almost a minute I initially didnt know I had to come to medical I confirmed with my supervisor he sent me home to shower I can still feel a tingly sensation on my face thats why I came
