Was starting to clean the paint booth started the process by removing the floor grate that holds the floor filters in place.

Employee removed the floor grate from the floor. Before another employee could even say watch your step employee stepped right where he removed the floor grate causing him to fall through but he tried to brace himself and doing so caused him to injure his right shoulder. there was 6-8 other workers in there if he had a question they would of been able to guide him through the process this was the employee 's first time helping out cleaning the paint booths.
