While assisting the patient the patient proceeded to say You don 't know me I have a temper. After the employee responds back and forth with the patient in attempt to de-escalate the patient the patient stood up and shoved the employee with both hands causing the employee to lose her balance but managed to not fall and regain her balance causing a strain to right upper chest right shoulder mid back on both sides & severe migraine.
