TM was putting away a pallet and believed he was about to make contact with a pallet staged behind him on the “A” level racking. In response [REDACTED] removed his left hand from the steering column and extended his arm outside the forklift frame in an attempt to brace for impact. This resulted in his arm and wrist becoming pinned against the pallet.
