Employee was using a small slush hammer to knock down a block of wood.
What happened
Employee was on the process to replace a wall on the container. The forklift driver lifted up the roof and the employee place two wood blocks on the left and right side of the container to keep the roof open. When he was finished he gat top of the ladder he had a small sludge hammer in he 's hand he swung the hammer towards the inside of the container to knock down the wood block. he told me the that he second guess himself of doing itbut he still did it anyway. I told him should 've waited for the forklift to come to lift up the roof. He 's coworkers lifted up the roof and he pulled his hand out.
