While working at station 1 of the door line associate pulled a muscle in her left lower back. At the time of the incident she reported that she was fine but that it did hurt. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] contacted me her supervisor and let me know that her back had started hurting bad and that she then felt like she needed to seek medical attention.
