Just finished installing wiper motor was going back to station.
What happened
Associate while working at station 8 on the front side of the trim 1 assembly line was working ahead of her job process installing windshield wiper motors. As she exited the vehicle she stepped down onto the first step of the right side of the truck placing her right foot onto the first step and then her left foot onto the flooring. when she placed her left foot down she felt like her knee popped or over extended. She wasn 't in pain at the time so she did not report the incident when it happened. She went to her supervisor the next day at [REDACTED] stating she had knee swelling and pain.
