Quality tech was crossing stairs at topcoat inspection when operator didn 't see her and began moving skids at HMI screen. Quality tech had to jump from stairs to avoid being hit by moving skid. Operator claims that she told everyone that she was about to move the skids but didn 't know the quality tech was on the other side of the stairs. Quality tech stated that her ankle was swollen and stiff.
