What happened

When leaving the unit [REDACTED] fell. She refers that she tripped with a lancet on the floor. She refers that she was ok not in pain. Refused to go get care. House supp [REDACTED] and My self-Unit NM advise her to get care. She refused1-30: Reviewed injury with team member. She said only her left hand hurts a little but refused care again. I asked her if that was her only injury and she said yes. She said she would call if needed anything further.2-4-24: TC to team member. Left VM2-6-24: Team member called me. She said she had an EEG for her fall and that she went to the dentist and needs those bills covered by W-C. I told her I was not aware she had mouth damage from the fall. She said she did. She is also undergoing a FFD and is on a paid admin leave. I advised her I would let W-C know her claim. She also reported her hand is very bruised but xray negative. I advised her she could not go from doctor to doctor without authorization-claim. She said I guess I will file a claim then.
