What happened
was putting away pots on a speed rack.i moved a cart which had a meat cutter on it.As i moved it it slide off the cart.I reached out to hold onto it so it would not fall on me i felt enormous pressure on my shoulder so shoved it back up on the cart.after further investigating why it fell i noticed that it was not properly on it slid because there was no lip on the side it slid to so there was nothing to keep it from falling.
