What happened
Because of a motor failure the door was on manual operation. EE was closing the freezer door and reversed direction to allow another EE to enter freezer. The freezer door is a pocket sytle door and goes into the wall. While opening the door the EE did not let go of the handle causing his hand to get pinched between the door and the wall.
