What happened
She went to his room prepared everything and removed his clothes. She asked if he was ok with his shower; he said yes. When she turned on the water and started giving him a shower he grabbed his right hand and twisted. After that she continued with the shower and grabbed her right hand again and made a fist with his other hand like he was trying to punch her. Another nurse had to come and help her then he grabbed her shirt.
