What happened
Got on the elevator from floor A8 to go down to [REDACTED]. Elevator started dropping between floors 7 and 6 with an initial descent and then went up down. I pushed the call button in the elevator and somebody answered. She said that she would get help and to stay calm. The elevator went all the way down to 1 and went back up to 4 or 5. Elevator malfunction causing body to be jerked around. Elevator malfunction neck shoulder upper back and left thigh pain.
