Team member was removing wood frames from a pile to put into a seperate pile. One did not get removed in a timely manner and several slip sheets were stacked upon it. EE tried to use a metal hook to pull out the wood frame and upon doing so their feet slipped and they fell backwards hitting their head and arm on a wood crate behind them
