LINE 6 CHUTE WAS BEING PULLED UP ONTO CHUTE CART. ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CART JERKED AND THE OPERATOR HOLDING THE CART WENT BACKWARD ONTO THE FLOOR. WHILE GOING BACKWARD TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT TO THE FLOOR THE OPERATOR USED THE RIGHT HAND TO MINIMIZE THE IMPACT TO THE FLOOR.
