What happened
A BAKERY EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING IN ROLL PACKAGING. THE EMPLOYEE REACHED INTO A RUNNING KWIK LOK TO GRAB A BAG JAM AT THE INFEED BRUSH. WHEN HE WAS BACKING HIS ARM OUT OF THE MACHINE HE HIT HIS ELBOW ON A MOTOR GUARD. THE EMPLOYEE WAS STARTLED AND HIS LEFT ARM LUNGED FORWARD IN THE KWIK LOK. THE EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED A FRACTURE TO HIS LEFT RING FINGER AND A LACERATION.
