Employee noticed cases were backing up on the conveyor belt that moved boxes outside the Massman room. She went out into the hallway to unjam the conveyor. She tried to hold back the cases while straightening the case that was stuck at the incline so they could continue to move. within 15 seconds a Production Lead saw her struggling and came over to help. He held the cases back while she straghtened them.
