What happened

Employee reported that she found a resident wet and was guiding the resident to the bathroom to be changed. During the transfer the resident suddenly lost balance and grabbed onto the employee for support pulling the employee down. The resident’s full body weight landed directly on the employee 's right foot ankle area. Employee reported immediate pain primarily to the bottom of her foot and ankle region.
