Sitting at the desk completing charge nurse duties

[REDACTED] while assisting with the transfer of a patient from a bed to a stretched to go down for x-ray I experienced significant pain in the shoulder on which I had the surgery in [REDACTED]. Despite applying warm compresses the discomfort persisted throughout my entire shift and continued after I returned home. The pain still persists with no relief from medication or warm compresses.
