What happened
Patient put call light on to get assistance to the bathroom I went into the room to assist the patient alone He was a min assist to the bathroom ( stand by)... He stood up and fell forward and started convulsing into a seizure and I caught him with all the strength I had... He was convulsing while in my arm and I was trying to get him into the bed into a safe place on his side while yelling for help because I could not reach the staff assist button. I yelled for a rapid response and [REDACTED] the monitor calls the code line. [REDACTED] the nurse came running into help after hearing me yell out twice. Then shortly after the rest of the response team came in and took over
