Walking to the bus stop to leave site for the day

The employee was walking to the bus stop at [REDACTED] and exited the building via the south side generator pad. While exiting the employee tripped over a makeshift ramp left in place after a drywall delivery by another trade a subcontractor (IBM) under WPI. The ramp had not been removed after the delivery.

The employee chipped a front tooth and reported lower back and neck pain. The employee struck their face during the fall sustained scratches to the right palm and impacted the right ankle.
