EE WAS REMOVING PALLETS FROM THE TRAILER TO HAVE THE LOADED FRUIT BINS UNLOADED.
What happened
While unloading fruit from the trailer the employee removed pallets supporting the bins & stepped to the opposite side to untie the pallet. As he stepped onto a wooden pallet it slipped causing him to fall onto the trailer rollers. The EE extended his right hand to break the fall resulting in injuries to his right wrist & knee
