I was in room 8 registering the patient. The patient asked me to come closer because he could not hear my questions. When I was walking away from the bedside I tripped over the monitor cords and fell onto the floor hitting both knees both palms and my chin on the floor. I also had a clipboard in my hands when I fell. I have bruising on the left breast from falling on the clipboard.
