Team Member was organizing chemicals in the compounding room getting ready for production.

While relocating a bucket of sodium hydroxide on the mezzanine level the material splashed inside the container and ran down its exterior. Due to the grated flooring the chemical dripped through to the lower level. Unaware of the spill the team member walked beneath the mezzanine and was exposed to the chemical when it dripped onto his neck.
