Using the Navigator forklift to move a pallet of 80[REDACTED] from the delivery truck to an area at the job site
What happened
When the employee went to reverse the forklift to remove the pallet of [REDACTED] from the truck the back wheel of the forklift passed over the curb and then traveled uphill due to the incline of the group between the curb and the sidewalk. The forklift tipped over and landed on the forks. This caused the employee to be launched over the steering wheel and land in the void area between the extended mass and steering wheel.
